Cultural programming brought together jazz, pop rock and national hits at the Gastronomic Village, expanding the free attractions of the largest artisan cheese event in the Americas

The second night of ExpoQueijo Brasil 2026 offered the public a diverse musical program, bringing together jazz, rock, pop and great successes of Brazilian music at the Gastronomic Village of the Grande Hotel Termas de Araxá. The free performances were part of the event’s cultural agenda, which combines gastronomy, business and entertainment over four days.

The opening of the night was by saxophonist Alexandre Faccas, from Santos (SP), with the show “Coltrane 100 Years – The Legacy”. The musician presented a tribute to American John Coltrane, one of the greatest names in the history of jazz, in a concert that covered classics of the genre and honored the centenary of the artist’s birth.

Next, the band Maria Fumaça from Araxá took to the stage a repertoire that spanned different decades of Brazilian and international music. The group bet on well-known classics, promoting a musical journey marked by interaction with the audience and by hits that got the audience singing and dancing.

Closing the night’s program, the show “Black or White – Union: The Strength of Voices” brought together interpretations of great names in world music in a presentation marked by vocal strength and reinterpretations of classics of international pop and rock.

This Saturday (27), the program continues with performances by Marcos Rabello Quarteto, ViVoz, Leandro Soares, Banda Vinith, Projeto ao Cubo and the awaited show Amigos do Rock convida Leo Jaime, one of the most anticipated attractions of this edition of ExpoQueijo Brasil.
