First night of the fair brought together music, nostalgia and audience at the Gastronomic Village

The cultural program of ExpoQueijo Brasil 2026 began on the night of this Thursday (25) bringing together hundreds of people at the Gastronomic Village of the Grande Hotel Termas de Araxá. The musical opening was by singer Vinny, who presented the show Baile do Vinny, followed by the performance of the band Virau, ending the first day of attractions of the fair.

Known for hits that marked Brazilian music in the 1990s, such as Heloísa, Mexe a Cadeira, Shake Boom and Te Encontrar de Novo, Vinny brought to the stage a repertoire that spanned different decades of Brazilian popular music and international pop rock. “The Baile do Vinny is a big party. We play everything that was part of the soundtrack of the 1990s and 2000s, but also goes through artists like Tim Maia and Jorge Ben. It is a very Brazilian show, designed so that everyone sings and has fun,” said the singer.

Vinny also highlighted the relationship built with the audience over more than three decades of career and the motivation he maintains on stage.

“I receive a lot of affection from people and that is what makes everything worth it. We age on the outside, but on the inside we still have the same desire to go on stage, sing, make people dance and live good moments through music,” he said.

The musical program continued with the performance of the band Virau, which ended the first night of ExpoQueijo Brasil maintaining the celebration atmosphere at the Gastronomic Village.
