Araxá International Cheese Awards
The international cheese competition at ExpoQueijo Brasil is one of the most prestigious competitions in the sector in Latin America. International judges evaluate cheeses from all over Brazil in various categories.
The cheeses are evaluated based on strict criteria of appearance, texture, aroma, and flavor, following international evaluation standards.
The winning cheeses receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, in addition to the Super Gold award for the best cheese in the competition. The award seal is recognized nationally and internationally.
